A full-color offset print pin starts as your artwork, printed straight onto a flat metal base. It's then sealed under a clear epoxy dome instead of being split into enamel-filled cells. Gradients, shading, and even small text hold up well, which is why designers reach for this method whenever a logo or mascot is too detailed for standard enamel.

Enamel pins need a thin metal wall between every color, and that wall forces a design into flat, separated blocks. A full-color offset print pin skips that step — the whole image prints onto the metal base in one pass, so gradients blend properly, and fine linework doesn't get lost. The clear epoxy dome on top adds gloss, and it also shields the print from scratches and fading, a bit like the coating on a resin keychain.
