Refund and Return Policy

Custom Product Policy

Custom printed products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started, unless the item received is defective, incorrect, or clearly different from the confirmed order details. This applies to custom wristbands, lanyards, PVC cards, badges, nametags, pins, and other personalised products.

Refunds May Not Be Given For

• Customer spelling mistakes, typo errors, or wrong information provided
• Wrong product, colour, size, or quantity selected by the customer
• Artwork issues that were submitted or approved by the customer
• Slight colour differences due to screen display, material, or printing process
• Changes requested after production has already started
• Delivery delays caused by courier, address issues, or external factors
• Orders no longer needed after confirmation or production
• Products returned without prior approval from our team

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. To help us review the issue quickly, please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the product’s condition.

Return Request Process

1. Email us at sales@wristbands.sg with your order number.
2. Include clear photos or videos of the issue.
3. Our team will review the case and reply with the next step.
4. Do not return any item before receiving approval from us.
5. Approved returns must be sent back in unused condition.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed mistake, incorrect item, or production defect caused by us. Original delivery fees may not be refundable unless otherwise confirmed by our team.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested as early as possible. Once artwork preparation, material arrangement, printing, or production has started, changes may not be possible, and the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Colour and Printing Differences

Printed colours may look slightly different from digital previews due to screen settings, material texture, printing method, lighting, and production conditions. Minor colour variation is not considered a defect unless it is significantly different from the confirmed order requirement.

Refund Approval

All refund and return requests are reviewed case by case. If a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will be confirmed by our team. In some cases, replacement, reprint, partial refund, or store credit may be offered depending on the issue.
