Terms and Conditions

This website, wristbands.sg,is operated by Wristbands Printing (UEN: 53463354D) a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore with ACRA. We trade as Wristband Singapore.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Wristband Singapore. "You" means the person or organisation that buys from us.

These terms apply when you use our website, ask for a quotation or place an order. When you place an order, you agree to these terms.

These terms work together with our other policies:

Most of our products are custom-made. We make them based on your chosen product, size, colour, quantity, artwork and printing method.

Photos on our website are examples. Your items will follow your approved mockup and order details.

Colours on a screen can look a little different from the real product. Small colour changes are normal in printing.

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

We are not GST-registered, so we do not charge GST.

Your unit price depends on your quantity and options. An "As low as" price shows our lowest unit price for that product. You will see your full price at checkout before you pay.

Delivery fees and rush fees are shown on their own lines. You will see them before you pay.

Unless your quotation says otherwise, a quotation is valid for 14 days.

We check our prices with care. Is a price on our website clearly wrong? Then we will contact you before we make your order. You can go ahead at the right price. Or you can cancel for a full refund.

You can order in two ways:

• Online. Add items to your cart and check out on our website.
• By quotation. Contact us by WhatsApp, email or our contact form.

Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation.

We check your artwork for free. Before we print, we send you a digital mockup to approve.

Please check the mockup with care. Look at the spelling, dates, colours, sizes and logo placement.

Once you approve the mockup, we make your items as shown. We are not responsible for mistakes that were in an approved mockup.

You must own the logos, images and text that you send us. If you do not own them, you must have permission to use them.

We may refuse artwork that we think uses another brand's logo or characters without permission. We may also refuse artwork that is offensive or against the law.

If someone makes a claim against us because of artwork you sent, you are responsible for that claim.

We use your artwork only to make your order. We do not sell it or share it with others.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

For online orders, you pay in full at checkout. For quotation orders, we show the payment terms in your quotation.

Production time depends on the product, quantity, artwork and printing method. We will tell you the ready date before production starts.

You can collect your order for free or have it delivered in Singapore. Full details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Need to change or cancel your order? Please tell us as early as you can.

Once we start preparing artwork, buying materials or printing, we may not be able to make changes. Your order may also no longer be able to be cancelled or refunded.

We make custom items for each customer. So we cannot take them back if you change your mind.

We will help if an item is faulty, wrong or clearly different from your approved order. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

We make every order with care. If we make a mistake, we will reprint, replace or refund the affected items.

For any order, the most we will pay is the amount you paid for that order.

We are not responsible for indirect losses. Examples are lost profit or extra event costs.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under Singapore law.
