Full-Colour Patches Printed Straight Into the Fabric
Sublimation patches are custom fabric patches where your artwork is printed directly into the material. They suit brands, schools, and event teams in Singapore that need bright, detailed designs. The color sits inside the fabric, so the finished patch looks sharp and clean.
Each patch is thin, flat, and light, so it sits neatly against clothing and bags. Unlike stitched or rubber patches, there is no raised texture or added bulk. This makes sublimation patches a natural fit for jackets, tote bags, caps, and uniforms.
Printed Fabric That Keeps Its Color
The design is dyed into the fabric rather than printed on top. Because the color becomes part of the material, it resists fading, cracking, and peeling through normal washing and daily wear.
Sublimation patches print onto light fabric, so they work well for fashion, promotions, and everyday wear. For rugged field use that faces heavy weather and rough handling, a tougher patch type like PVC may suit your needs better.
Unlimited Colors, Gradients, and Fine Detail
Color is free with sublimation. A design with two shades costs the same as one with two hundred, because the printer lays your full artwork in a single pass. This makes complex, colorful designs affordable, even at your minimum order of 50 pieces.
Thread can only jump between solid shades, but sublimation prints like a photo lab. Soft edges, shadows, and smooth color blends all come through clearly. If your design has a gradient, a photo, or fine detail, this printing method handles it well.
Sizes, Backing, and Border Options
Patch sizes range from 40 mm up to 100 mm, so small badges and larger illustrations both work well. You can choose iron-on backing at S$0.15 each, velcro at S$0.60 each for removable use, or no backing free of charge for sewing on.
Two border finishes are available at no cost. A laser-cut border follows your artwork's exact outline for a clean, sticker-like edge, which suits most sublimation designs. A merrowed border wraps a stitched rim around the patch for a more traditional badge look.
